Support
- General questions: open a GitHub issue
- Email:
product@vistasecurity.io - Security issues — do not open a public issue. See SECURITY.md for the reporting process and response times.
Commercial support with contracted response times is part of the Enterprise and MSP editions.
When reporting a problem, run the script in support-bundle.md and attach the resulting tarball — after reading it, since it comes from a system holding your cryptographic inventory.
